"LIVE" PRODUCT SAMPLES

Some of our manufacturer's do not offer gold-plated brass samples for their products.  On occasion we have "live" samples in stock. Live samples are actual pieces crafted in one of the precious metals offered and are set with genuine or simulated stones (unless the item does not offer stones as an option). 

If you are interested in viewing a live sample prior to purchase, please contact us.  Include the item number and we will check on availability.  Pricing of the live sample will be based on the item selected, metal quality and stones set in the piece and the online pricing for this same item. 

ALL samples must be returned in new condition via insured delivery within 10 days of shipping.  The total price charged MINUS actual insured shipping fee to you will be credited to the card used.  Items must be carefully packaged and returned via insured delivery in original packaging.

IMPORTANT: This option is offered to our customers as a courtesy.
Do NOT wear the live sample we ship.  Any item returned
scratched or damaged will incur a refinishing or repair charge.
